Return and Refund Policy: Customers should consider carefully before any purchase is made. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you have purchased differs in the billing item. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at email address: [email protected] or phone number: +60174500323. We do not accept incorrect item’s refund after 7 days you received. Please contact us first with your order number, details of the product, image differ item and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will the refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be proceeded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of the days. Any defect items must be reported to us within 3 days with a proof of unboxing. To be fair for both parties, please record a video of unboxing to prevent any destroy of products during the delivery process. Defect items with a proof of unboxing video can only be replaced with product.
